The purpose of the Fund is to remove financial barriers for students entering the field of teaching so that they can meet the requirements for licensure and thereby help increase the diversity of the teaching workforce. 具体地说, the Fund will address passage of required Praxis tests by combining payment of test fees with the provision of wrap-around services to students such as Praxis preparation workshops and related materials and supplies. Praxis test success and subsequent licensing will provide a measure of the effectiveness of the program.
