BUilding Identity Leading to Diversity (构建)
构建 aims to build the STEM identity of MSU student and positively impact their persistence, 毕业, and progression into STEM careers and/or graduate programs.
Research shows a positive, strong, and resilient STEM identity can translate into greater success. 构建 will strive to bolster student’s STEM identity through Competence, 识别性能, and Transformative Co-Curricular Engagement.
